Harvested from selected vineyards that have been cultivated for over 20 years, undergoing cold prefermentation maceration for 6 days at 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts enabling the temperature to be raised to a maximum of29ºC, after which the wine is kept in tanks for 15-20 days. This is known as post fermentation and is immediately followed by the malolactic fermentation process.

Attractive cherry red with hints of violet. Fresh and fruity nose. On the palate it displays its own personality reminiscent of the variety. Well-structured and balanced with a long, elegant after taste.
