Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, 15% alcohol

Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 30 days at a controlled temperature between 28ºC and 30ºC. Aged into 3 to 4 year old French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

Deeply cherry coloured, well covered, with dark red edge and violet tones. Intense and elegant aromas of spicy and ripe fruits, roasted over a balsamic base. On the palate, the wine is well structured, tasty and full-bodied, with fine, soft and well balanced tannins, contributing to an elegant and long finish.
